My experience at Vertu Volvo Barnstaple was positive because Libby was the right person to act as sales representative to my wife as it is important to have peer-to-peer interaction rather than the traditional male to male! That's not to say there was anything wrong with the male sales team, far from it, but it makes a difference to have more female sales staff as the dynamic is slightly different the it's female to female. On that note Libby was very helpful and made the purchase experience a good one.
